FR888T LLC (pronounced “freight”) is a Delaware limited liability company building governed digital freight infrastructure for specialized and high-value moves.

The thesis

Capacity exists. Equipment exists. Qualified operators exist. What remains fragmented is the coordination between them: the calls, re-explained requirements, scattered rate context and status chasing that sit between a request and a completed delivery. That friction is expensive for everyone and invisible on the invoice.

FR888T™ is building governed agentic infrastructure so commercial participants can work together more directly — with digital agents that carry the routine coordination and humans who keep authority over the decisions that count. Formally, that work is the proposed Autonomous Freight Commerce (AFC) framework and its proposed underlying infrastructure, the Autonomous Commerce Network (ACN). FR888T™ is not a freight marketplace, digital broker, load board, dispatch app, trucking company or conventional TMS.

It is not a separate company or a separate product line — it is the human-facing surface of the FR888T™ network, where a request is described, boundaries are set, options are reviewed and approvals are given. It is the intelligence and governance interface rather than a chatbot: intent, permissions, explanations, approvals, exceptions, escalation and authorized intervention all pass through it.
