A shipper describes cargo, origin, destination and timing in plain language. No rate has to be set to begin.

Principles
What keeps coordination trustworthy
Human-set rules
Agents inherit their limits from participants. Nothing operates outside the boundary its owner configured.
Screened counterparties
Capacity is screened against stated requirements using preliminary public-record evidence, subject to human review — not on who answered first.
Carrier responsibility for drivers
The Driver Agent operates only under carrier authorization. The carrier retains responsibility for drivers, dispatch, routes, equipment, hours of service, safety and transportation performance.
Exception escalation
Delays, damage, access problems and scope changes escalate to named humans rather than resolving silently.
In-transit disruption continuity
The pilot is designed so a breakdown or other in-transit disruption is detected as a governed exception, notified to named people on both sides, and followed by surfacing potentially eligible replacement capacity for human consideration. HAULIE™ does not reassign freight on its own, take custody of cargo, direct drivers, guarantee recovery or determine claims. Any replacement movement requires separate shipper and carrier approval under a direct agreement between them.
FR888T™ is not ungoverned autonomy, and what you see here is a demonstration rather than live autonomous execution. We are building toward governed Autonomous Freight Commerce in stages, and nothing here replaces the legal obligations of motor carriers, brokers or shippers. Described capabilities are under development.
