Privacy Notice

This notice describes how the FR888T LLC website handles information submitted through the carrier pilot application and the contact form.

Pilot-stage website notice. Effective and last updated August 17, 2026. It describes only this website and its intake forms — not any future pilot agreement, which is governed by separate final written pilot terms. It may be updated as the pilot evolves.

What we collect

Carrier pilot applications. Business and authority details (legal business name, DBA, DOT and MC numbers, business address, operating regions, including street address, optional suite/unit/building, city, state, ZIP code and country), contact details (name, email, telephone), operational details (equipment types, fleet size, available capacity, cargo types, preferred lanes, port/terminal experience, TWIC status where applicable, operating authority status, insurance coverage, safety and compliance status, tracking capability), your pilot interest, any notes you write, and your consent confirmation.

Optional documents. If you choose to attach them: operating authority evidence, a certificate of insurance and one additional supporting document.

Public government carrier records. When you run the FMCSA check, or when we review your application, we query the official FMCSA QCMobile service using your USDOT number (and your MC/MX/FF number when you provide one) and store a minimal screening snapshot: the returned legal name and DBA, USDOT and docket numbers, USDOT and operating-authority status, out-of-service status, safety rating where one exists, public inspection and crash counts, and the time of the check. FMCSA is the authoritative source for this data; if a record is wrong it can be corrected through FMCSA or the DataQs process. This check is screening information only — it is not a determination of legal compliance, insurance coverage, fitness or identity.

Contact inquiries. Category, name, company, email, optional telephone and your message.

Limited technical information. To protect the forms from abuse we record a one-way, salted hash of the submitting network address together with submission counts. We do not store the raw address, and we do not use advertising trackers, device fingerprinting or cross-site profiling on this site.

Why we collect it

Carrier application information is used to evaluate eligibility for the controlled carrier pilot and to contact you about it. Contact form information is used to respond to your inquiry. We also use submitted information to operate and secure the intake process itself.

We do not sell information submitted through this website, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Please do not submit sensitive or unrelated data

Submit only business qualification information. Do not upload or type Social Security numbers, banking or payment details, driver-license images, medical information, or personal records unrelated to carrier qualification. If you send such material anyway, please contact us so we can remove it.

How documents are handled

Uploaded documents are accepted only as PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG files up to 10 MB each, and file contents are checked server-side before storage. Files are stored in a private, non-public storage location. No public link is created, original filenames are discarded and replaced with generated identifiers, and access requires short-lived, authorized administrative retrieval by our team.

Service providers

This website is operated using third-party hosting, application platform and managed database/storage providers that process submitted information on our behalf in order to run the site and store submissions. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We use an email-delivery service provider to send application acknowledgements, inquiry acknowledgements and operational replies or status notifications relating to your submission; it processes the recipient address, the message content and the technical delivery metadata needed to transmit and troubleshoot delivery. Transactional communication about pilot submissions is email only at this pilot stage; text-message updates are not offered and text messaging is not activated on this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated before activation. These providers act as service providers under our instructions for those purposes. Address autocomplete is not currently activated on this site: structured address fields are entered manually and no address information you type is sent to a mapping or address-lookup provider while it remains disabled. If autocomplete is activated later, this notice will be updated before activation. If we later add a CRM or other category of provider, we will update this notice.

Security approach

Submissions travel over encrypted connections. Form data is validated and sanitized on the server as well as in the browser, intake endpoints are rate limited and protected against duplicate and automated submissions, and the underlying tables are configured so that no website visitor can read, change or delete records directly — writes happen only through controlled server-side code. Documents live in a private bucket with no public access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

New providers and new data flows

Adding a materially new service provider or data flow — including analytics, a CRM, payments, live shipment tracking, address autocomplete, or AI processing of information you submit — requires an update to this notice before that provider or data flow is activated.

Retention

These are pilot-stage retention periods by record category. They describe our ordinary practice, not a guarantee of deletion on a fixed date.

  • Contact inquiries: ordinarily up to 24 months after the inquiry is closed.
  • Non-selected carrier applications and optional uploaded documents: ordinarily up to 24 months after final review.
  • Accepted pilot, contract, transaction, consent and audit records: for the duration of the relationship plus up to 7 years where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, dispute or governance evidence purposes.
  • Test records: ordinarily deleted about 90 days after they are classified as test records.
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs: retained according to our documented internal security schedule.

Legal holds, fraud or security investigations, and applicable law may extend any of these periods. Where retention is required for legal or evidentiary reasons we will keep the record and tell you, rather than delete it.

How to make a privacy request

Send privacy requests to info@fr888t.com, including your reference number where you have one. You may ask for access to what you submitted, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your submission.

Before acting we carry out reasonable verification of your identity and, where you act for a business, your authority to make the request. We may ask for limited additional information for that purpose only.

Where a request is granted and a service provider holds a copy on our behalf, we pass the request on to that provider where applicable. Records subject to a legal hold, regulatory or accounting obligation, security investigation, or ongoing dispute may be retained; we will explain the exception rather than silently keep the record.

If you disagree with our response you may ask us to reconsider by replying to the same address, and a second reviewer will look at the decision where that channel applies to you.

Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We will honor applicable requests received at the address above. This notice does not attempt to describe every state or national privacy law that could apply to you.
