Controlled pilot

Help shape a better way to coordinate specialized freight.

FR888T™ is inviting applications from U.S. carriers and owner-operators that may fit a controlled pilot of governed freight coordination. Pilot participants work with our team directly, test the coordination flow on real operating conditions, and influence how the platform behaves before wider release.

Apply for preliminary human review

What happens next: this opens the five-step application below. Nothing is submitted until you complete and send it, and every application is reviewed by a person on our team. Applying is not acceptance and does not guarantee loads, rates or income.

FR888T LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. FR888T™ is governed digital freight infrastructure under development — not a broker, carrier, dispatcher or freight forwarder. Humans retain authority over every consequential decision. Private pricing boundaries remain private to their owner.

Who fits

Carriers and owner-operators that report relevant authority, insurance and operating experience with vehicles or heavy equipment and responsive dispatch operations, subject to preliminary screening and human review.

Cargo modes

Automobiles and light vehicles, trucks and commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, construction machinery, and oversized or specialized machinery — including inland movement connected to ports, terminals, auctions, dealerships, yards and commercial facilities.

What participation involves

Onboarding with our team, setting your lanes, equipment and rate boundaries, reviewing coordinated opportunities, providing status updates, and sharing structured feedback on what works and what does not.

Specialized carrier equipment for vehicles, construction machinery and heavy equipment staged for a controlled freight pilot.

Readiness checklist

Pilot-fit expectations

We review each applicant individually. The stronger your match to the items below, the faster the conversation moves.

  • Active U.S. operating authority (DOT and MC)
  • Current insurance with cargo coverage appropriate to the equipment hauled
  • Clean, verifiable safety and compliance posture
  • Experience with vehicles, trucks, heavy equipment or specialized machinery
  • Responsive dispatch that answers within normal business hours
  • Ability to provide pickup, transit and delivery status updates
  • Comfort with port, terminal, auction, dealership and yard environments
  • Willingness to give candid feedback during the pilot

The pilot does not guarantee loads, income or rates. Participation is subject to pilot-fit and preliminary screening review and final written terms, and platform capabilities remain under development.

What the pilot is designed to validate

The pilot is designed to validate governed coordination across a real freight movement—with human approval at every consequential step.
