FR888T LLC is building governed Autonomous Freight Commerce in stages, under human governance and with shippers and carriers contracting directly. Capabilities described on this site are proposed, in design or in pilot preparation, and are presented for information only. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment, a contract, or a representation that a described capability is deployed today.

Your use of this website, and any application or inquiry you submit through it, is not a pilot agreement, transportation agreement, brokerage agreement, dispatch agreement, agency agreement, carrier or shipper agreement, or freight-forwarding agreement.

FR888T LLC is governed digital freight infrastructure. It is not a broker, motor carrier, dispatcher, freight forwarder, shipper's or carrier's agent, or transportation provider.

Nothing on this website or arising from an application creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary or transportation relationship between you and FR888T LLC.

Using this website gives FR888T™ no authority to select, hire, engage, dispatch, route, supervise or control any carrier or driver, and no authority to accept or commit a shipper or a carrier to a price, a rate or a shipment. Shippers and carriers contract and transact directly with one another and retain final decisions on rate acceptance, safety, insurance, drivers, equipment, routing and performance.

FMCSA and other public-record information presented or checked through this site is preliminary informational screening only. It is not a warranty, certification or endorsement. You must independently verify operating authority, insurance, safety, identity and fitness before entering into any transportation transaction.

This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that information presented is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FR888T LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or its intake forms, and our total liability relating to this website is limited to direct damages of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

This limitation applies to the website only. It does not attempt to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, and it does not govern liabilities arising from any live pilot or transportation activity, which are addressed in separate signed agreements.

We may rate limit, suspend, block or remove access and submissions where use appears abusive, automated, fraudulent or insecure, with or without notice.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue remains subject to applicable law and to any later signed agreement between us.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. Provisions relating to submissions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive. You agree to receive notices and communications relating to your submission electronically. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the effective date shown above and, where appropriate, notified to you.

Signed pilot and transportation documents control over anything stated on this website. The following are distinct records and are not merged by this site: the FR888T™ platform or pilot agreement; the direct shipper-carrier transportation agreement; the shipment-specific rate confirmation; and the carrier-issued bill of lading.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not create a business relationship. FR888T™ does not guarantee pilot acceptance, loads, volumes, rates, revenue, savings, matches, timelines or any other outcome. Pilot participation is subject to pilot-fit and preliminary screening review and final written terms, which govern over anything stated on this website.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit. By submitting, you confirm you are authorized to provide the information on behalf of the business named, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share any documents you upload.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking or payment details, driver-license images, medical information or personal records unrelated to carrier qualification. Do not submit anyone else's confidential information without authorization.

Nothing on this website relieves a motor carrier of its own legal, safety, insurance and compliance obligations. Those responsibilities remain with the carrier at all times.

As part of preliminary screening we check public government carrier records through the official FMCSA QCMobile service. FMCSA is the authoritative source for that data, and records can be corrected through FMCSA or the DataQs process. Our check is initial screening only and is not a determination of your legal compliance, insurance coverage, fitness, eligibility or identity. If the check is unavailable, your application is still accepted and reviewed manually.

Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to this website or its intake systems; do not submit malicious files, automated bulk or fraudulent submissions; and do not scrape or reuse site content in a way that misrepresents FR888T™. We may rate limit, block or remove submissions that appear abusive.

The FR888T™ name and logo, the HAULIE™ name and interface, site content, design, diagrams and the Autonomous Freight Commerce and Autonomous Commerce Network materials presented here are the property of FR888T LLC. You may view and share links to this site; you may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
